DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES：

- Maintain relationships with correspondent brokers, agents;

- Develop an understanding of customer’s needs and take actions to ensure that such needs are met;

- Oversee and ensure proper tracking and tracing shipment for NVOCC and CHB clients, keeping customers well informed of any updates;

- Take incoming phone calls and respond to issues quickly and accurately;

- Billing on time, zero demurrage mindset, detention, exam fees and etc.;

- Must have good computer data entry skills, Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook)

QUALIFICATIONS

• NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRE, WILL TRAIN.

• 1 years of freight forwarding experience will be a plus

• Bilingual Language (Chinese and English) is a must

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and fast pace

• Knowledge of the geographical area

• Pro-active approach to problem-solving. Able to work independently and in a team environment.

• Must show a strong commitment to working procedures
