Data Analyst

Requirement:

*    Create operational reporting to internal stakeholders and clients across all our business lines

*    Clean, prep, map, and load client data into our data warehouse

*    Work with clients directly, when required, to understand client-provided data and client reporting needs

*    Develop, test, and deploy robust reporting to our business lines to replace ad hoc reporting whenever possible

*    Participate in the ongoing discussions around how to best organize and analyze our data

*    Develop and maintain documentation to empower colleagues to use and explore our data

*    Work with business leaders to create data marts in support of new products, existing services, and internal reporting

*    Help create appropriate data quality strategies and actively ensure high-quality data through automated and manual systems

*    Support the evolution of Castle and Gray Int. Inc business intelligence strategies

*    Build, develop, and grow relationships with business users and other stakeholders to establish mutual trust and provide a foundation for high level project partnership

Qualifications

*    1+ years of experience in data management, advanced analytics, and business intelligence activities and/or relevant educational experience

*    Previous reporting and analysis experience, with particular emphasis in origination and/or servicing activities, highly desired

*    Strong SQL skills (SQL Server and Snowflake experience preferred)

*    Experience with data management and ETL tools (Alteryx experience preferred)

*    Strong attention to detail

*    Ability to adapt quickly and hit deadlines while working in a high-pressure, team-oriented environment

*    Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI, Qlik, Looker, Sigma, and Tableau

*    Exceptional oral and written communication skills
