Better Options is a wholesale distributor of LED lighting for indoor gardening. We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service/Office Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver superior customer service through phone, fax, and email.
  • Process customer orders and inquiries.
  • Process return and all related documents.
  • Request quotes and schedule shipping with carriers.
  • Generates all related paperwork and necessary information required for customers' orders.
  • Follow-up orders to confirm shipment is delivered on time.
  • Ensures excellent customer service by identifying and resolving customer related issues in accordance with company policies.
  • Perform general office administrative tasks.
  • Prepare reports for internal control.

Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience in wholesale/distributor/import/manufacturer industry is a plus.
  • AA Degree
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Compensation:

  • $16~$18/Hr + Bonus Opportunity.
