SELECTION REQUIREMENTS: 
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution* with specialization in a Health Science, Behavioral Science, Biological Science or Statistics, including two semester or three quarter courses in biostatistics, statistics or research methods. 

Physical Class II – Light: This class includes administrative and clerical positions requiring light physical effort that may include occasional light lifting to a 10-pound limit and some bending, stooping, or squatting. Considerable ambulation may be involved.

LICENSE: A valid California Class “C” Driver License or the ability to utilize an alternative method of transportation when needed to carry out job-related essential functions.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
Additional credit will be given to applicants that possess the following desirable qualifications: 

• Performance Fundamentals Certification by Cornerstone
• Experience as an administrator for an electronic Personnel Records System 
• Experience as an administrator for updating and managing an electronic HR Management System
