Three (3) years of increasingly responsible professional experience in human resources or related experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in human resources, public administration, business administration, organizational psychology, or a closely related field.
A Master's Degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Relations, or a closely related field may be substituted for one year of the required experience.
Must possess and maintain a valid Class C California Driver’s License.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
PHR, IPMA-CP, or SHRM-CP certification is desirable.
