MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Three (3) years of increasingly responsible professional experience in human resources or related experience
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in human resources, public administration, business administration, organizational psychology, or a closely related field.
• A Master's Degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Relations, or a closely related field may be substituted for one year of the required experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Class C California Driver’s License.

• PHR, IPMA-CP, or SHRM-CP certification is desirable.
