MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Demonstrate understanding of accounting, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash reporting, and purchasing functions. The ideal candidate is proficient and accurate at data input and processing into financial systems. Analyze and evaluate complex accounting records and resolve discrepancies. Maintain detailed and accurate accounting records. Keep sensitive information confidential. Effectively manage multiple assignments and meet established deadlines. Highly organized and able to manage high paperwork flow in an organized manner. Proficient at Microsoft Office suite, with a good working skill in Word and Excel. Communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with the public, other agencies, and co-workers. Understand and follow complex oral and written instructions. Establish, maintain, and foster positive and effective working relationships. Operate modern office equipment including computer equipment, specialized software applications and financial systems.
