EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Public Administration, or other field closely related to the duties and responsibilities of the position from an institution of higher learning accredited by a regional accreditation association, as recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation. Foreign degrees and credit units require translation and equivalency established by an agency recognized by the Commission on Teacher Credentialing.
EXPERIENCE: Two (2) years of human resources experience in test development or classification work that includes the use of job analysis.
