Education:  A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor and industrial relations, psychology, business or public administration, or other related field (such as insurance, risk management, etc.)
 
Experience:  One (1) year of experience in risk management, employee safety,  recruitment, testing and examination under a merit system and/or employee benefits

License/Certification:  Possession of a valid Class C California driver license and an acceptable driving record are required by time of appointment and throughout course of employment.
