EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience: A high school diploma or high school certificate of equivalency and five years of relevant experience; or Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and three years of relevant experience; or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and one year of relevant experience; or two years in a MWD Administrative Assistant I classification.

 

Relevant Experience is defined as administrative work experience involving a wide range of business related coordination and facilitation, and a combination of experience with invoice payments, purchasing, and report preparation.

 

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

License(s): Valid California Class C Driver’s License or equivalent (required at time of application) that allows you to drive during your employment.
