当面试官问“你更喜欢什么”时，你要这样说！

在科技公司的面试中，除了工作经验和相关技能，面试官也会考察求职者是否契合公司文化。他们想评估你是否适合这个职位，看看你是否具备团队合作精神，在必要的时候，你能否做出相应改变，灵活应对突发情况。
这个问题可能出现以下问法：
“What type of work environment do you prefer?”
“Describe the type of work environment you work best in?”
“What kind of work environment do you like and why?”
当然，也有可能出现其他版本：
“What type of person do you work well with?”
“What type of person don’t you work well with?”
通常情况下，你不能100%确定面试官想听到什么类型的答案，你从未亲眼见过他们的工作环境，你如履薄冰：“说错话，他们是不是就不会录用我了。”别担心，我们接下来将带你一起学习这个问题的最佳解法。
确定适合自己的理想工作环境
研究公司文化
例如，公司是否有很多增强凝聚力的团队会议？如果是，谈谈自己有多喜欢这类活动，以及在过去类似环境中的相关经历。
如果工作环境看起来很轻松，公司给员工很大的自由度来独立完成任务，那就适当表达自己喜欢独立，很擅长自己做决定，有良好的时间规划能力。
如果工作描述中一遍又一遍地重复，他们想要一个注重细节的人，那么就说自己更喜欢在一个有组织的、系统化的环境中工作。
如果你对该公司的文化了解甚少，那么提到自己善于在快节奏和协作环境中工作是一个很好的开始。这是面试官们普遍欣赏的特点。大多数工作本质上都是合作性的。并且很多公司，尤其是较小的公司，都认为自己是快节奏的。
（快节奏）I can be flexible when it comes to my work environment. From your website, it looks like the environment in the engineering department here at RRS, Inc., is fast-paced and structured to expand production. I enjoy working in an area experiencing rapid growth and I think this kind of environment is conducive to new ideas and applications.
（协作）I have worked in many types of environments and enjoyed learning new things from each. I would say that while I don’t prefer a particular environment, I really like working with people who are committed to getting things done and who are passionate about their work.
（协作）I enjoy working in an environment where the members of the team have a strong sense of camaraderie and a good work ethic. I like working with competent, kind, funny people who like to get things done. It’s important to me to feel that I can trust my team members to always do their best because I do.
或者，也可以表示自己非常灵活，适应力极强。
（灵活）I do well in a few different types of environments. I can adapt. In my last job we were given a lot of freedom to make decisions on our own, and I enjoyed that. But I’ve also worked in stricter environments and performed well and had no issues. How would you describe the work environment here, and what type of person usually enjoys working for you?
（灵活）Having worked in a variety of work environments, from very casual and laid-back to fast-paced, I think I adapt well to most. I’m not familiar with what the corporate environment is here; can you tell me about it?

谈论你喜欢什么，而不是反感什么
“I enjoy a collaborative environment.”“I really like an environment that values problem solving, creativity, and effort because I feel I bring those three things to my job each day.”保持积极心态，重点描述自己喜欢的环境。这样，即使你欣赏的环境与面试官对他们公司的看法不太一致，也没有关系。
但是，如果你说，“I can only work in a highly-collaborative environment and I hate work that involves being isolated or not talking to other people.”感觉就非常不同了，尽量避免谈论消极的观点。
“灵活”的诚实着
说谎的匹诺曹鼻子会变长，说谎的求职者拿不到offer。尝试着让自己“灵活”的诚实着。例如，虽然你是一个喜欢大部分时间独自工作的人，但在介绍中，你也可以适当表现出对团队的责任，定期与同事合作的意愿等。
