The salary range is $85,757 – $115,244 annually which is supplemented by a comprehensive Benefits Program including:
Work Schedule: Four 10-hour days, Tuesday through Friday
Teleworking Program: up to 3 days per week working from home, depending on job duties
A monthly benefit allowance of $2,060 with which to purchase health benefits (referred to as a Cafeteria Plan). At a minimum, the Human Resources Analyst must choose a basic medical, dental, and life insurance plan for yourself and covering dependents. Choosing a vision plan is optional. Whatever amount the Human Resources Analyst does not spend to purchase insurance, goes back to them, in cash.
Vacation: 80 hours per year, increasing to 120 after five years
Paid Holidays:13 paid holidays per year, including two floating holidays
Sick Leave: 3.8462 hours sick leave accrued each pay period (100 hours per year)

Deferred Compensation (457 Plan): South Coast AQMD matches, dollar for dollar, 100% of your regular contribution, up to the 2012 IRS Maximum
Retirement: South Coast AQMD employees participate in a “Defined Benefit” retirement plan through the San Bernardino County Employees Retirement Association. For more information, please visit the main website at www.sbcera.org.
South Coast AQMD employees do not pay Social Security taxes (except the Medicare portion). However, South Coast AQMD and the employee both make payments to SBCERA toward the cost of the retirement pension.
Tuition Reimbursement: Reimbursed up to $3,000 per year
