Minimum Qualifications:

Any combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge and skills is qualifying.

Minimum Education:

High School diploma; College units or coursework in business, administration, secretarial and/or office management systems.

Experience:

Three years of highly responsible secretarial or administrative experience. Experience in a Human Resources office is highly desirable.

Other Requirements:

Candidates may be required to take a performance assessment(s) to qualify for the position;

Candidates may be required to possess a valid and appropriate California Driver’s License.
