MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Training and Experience Guidelines: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or Public Administration, or related filed; AND three years of experience performing work in a variety of human resource program areas including employee benefits administration, preferable in a public agency.
