Any combination of education and experience that would have provided the required knowledge and skills such as:
An Associate's degree in Data Processing or Computer Sciences or a Certification in Data Processing;
Three years of journey level experience in computer support with at least two years of professional technical experience working with computer equipment and network software currently in use by the City.
An Associate's degree in Information Technology or Certification in Information Technology is highly desirable.
Experience in server administration including professional technical experience working with centralized server hardware and software in an enterprise environment is highly desirable.
Licenses and/or Certificates Must possess and maintain an appropriate California driver's license. Professional certification in applications, hardware and systems used by the City is highly desirable.
