A typical way to obtain the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties and responsibilities of this classification is as follows:
EDUCATION, , LICENSES/REGISTRATIONS
Education: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or technology field;
Experience: Ten (10) years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Certificates: Certification in the following areas is desirable: PMP, ITIL, Cisco, VMWare, and MCSE. If including certificates, please attach applicable copies.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of several of the following technologies and industry standards:
Network Firewalls;
VMWare;
Windows Active Directory;
Microsoft Azure;
Microsoft Exchange 2016;
Unified Communication;
Windows Server 2012/2016;
Backup Systems; and
Wide area networking topologies.
Skills:
