Experience & Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or relevant field, or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience in a related field is required.

• 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Servers and AD is required.

• Experience with Microsoft Azure AD integrations is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cloud-based certification (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP) is preferred.

• Experience in a multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environment is preferred.

• Experience with ITIL Foundations or relevant best-practice framework is preferred.

Knowledge of:

• Cloud computing technologies and current computing trends.

• Microsoft Azure and Office 365 in a government tenant and subscription.

• VMware 6.7 and XenServer 7.1 and higher

• Enterprise infrastructure and applications monitoring tools, in traditional and cloud workloads.

• LAN/WAN topology, server repair and installation of all components to an operational state.

• Windows 10 with Enterprise Server administration and network connectivity including DHCP, DNS, WINS and CITRIX.

• FTP/Telnet, UNIX/LINUX, Internet, TCP/IP and wireless networking protocols.

• Firewalls, load balancers, routers and switches, Microsoft Proxy Server and Microsoft Exchange.
