Experience:
Two (2) years of increasingly responsible technical, secretarial or clerical experience involving data base management and data processing is required. Experience using statistical software and working in a school setting are desirable.

Education:
Completion of an Associate of Arts or Sciences degree with coursework emphasis in Computer Science, Data Processing, or Information Systems Management is required. Additional responsible technical, secretarial or clerical experience or higher level clerical experience involving data base management and data processing may be substituted for all or part of the required AA degree or equivalent of sixty (60) semester units on the basis of one (1) year of full-time experience being equal to thirty (30) semester units of college courses in Computer Science, Data Processing, or Information Systems Management or related field. Coursework in statistics is desirable.
