Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in Business Administration, Public Administration, Urban Planning, Economics, or related field and two (2) years of progressively professional staff experience in finance and/or program management of government grants or contracts.
HIGHLY DESIRABLE
Experience with monitoring procedures and management of contracts and grants, preferably in the public or non-profit sectors.
Experience with interpreting and applying policies, procedures, laws, and regulations to federally and local funded programs.
Three (3) professional references must be included in the "Reference" section of the application at the time of filing.
