Selection Requirements:
OPTION I: A Master's degree* or higher from an accredited college with specialization in a field of the behavioral or social sciences.
OPTION II: A Bachelor's degree* from an accredited college with specialization in a field of the behavioral or social sciences -AND- two (2) years post bachelor's experience in a behavioral or social science field.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
Additional points will be awarded for post degree experience in behavioral or social science field for the qualifying option in excess of the Selection Requirements.
License:
A valid California Class "C" Driver License or the ability to utilize an alternative method of transportation when needed to carry out job-related essential functions.
PHYSICAL CLASS II - Light: Light physical effort which may include occasional light lifting to a 10 pound limit, and some bending, stooping or squatting. Considerable walking may be involved.
