Experience & Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

• 1 year of experience in data processing and/or computer operations required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree or 2 years of college level course work in Computer Science or related field preferred.

• 1 year of experience in technical troubleshooting or support preferred.

Knowledge of:

• Desktop, FTP Server and Client software, data encryption and compression, MS SQL Management Studio, basic SQL statements, MS Office, Basic Desktop Support, Windows 10 OS, BMC Control-M Enterprise Manager.

• Basic computer hardware and software troubleshooting techniques (Tier 1 and 2 level support).

• Microsoft Management Console tools, specifically Active Directory (AD) for user and computers.

• Laptop imaging tools, software encryption protocols, and PowerShell scripting for software installation.

• Microsoft Exchange Online processes for the creation and maintenance of mailing lists.

• Production batch cycles and job dependencies.

Salary Grade: F - $24.52 - $35.43 ($51,000 - $73,700)
