Requirement to Qualify
Graduation from an accredited* college with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field,** and five (5) years of recent, full-time progressively responsible*** experience in a centralized Information Technology organization,**** configuring, analyzing, and maintaining complex systems,***** including configuring, planning, coordinating, and implementing releases, upgrades, or changes to operating systems, servers, and related software, two (2) years of which must be in a complex server environment****** with more than 500 servers with formal change management, problem resolution procedures, and back-up and recovery plans.

Three (3) years of recent******** full-time experience, within the last six years at the level of Senior Operating Systems Analyst*******.
License
A valid California Class C Driver License or the ability to utilize an alternative method of transportation when needed to carry out job-related essential functions.
Physical Class II – Light: This class includes administrative and clerical positions requiring light physical effort that may include occasional light lifting to a 10 pound limit and some bending, stooping, or squatting. Considerable ambulation may be involved.

*Accredited institutions are those listed in the publications of regional, national or international accrediting agencies which are accepted by the Department of Human Resources. Publications such as American Universities and Colleges and International Handbook of Universities are acceptable references. Also, acceptable, if appropriate, are degrees that have been evaluated and deemed to be equivalent to degrees from United States accredited institutions by an academic credential evaluation agency recognized by The National Association of Credential Evaluation Services or The Association of International Credential Evaluators, Inc. (AICE).
