Education: Graduation from high school or equivalent is required. An associate's degree or equivalent number of college units (60 semester or 90 quarter units) from an institution of higher learning recognized by the Council of Higher Education Accreditation is preferred. Coursework or formal training in human resources and/or risk management is highly desirable.
Experience: Three years of professional experience in the administration or coordination of human resources functions. Experience working in a public school district is highly preferred.
Any other combination of training and/or experience that could likely provide the desired skills, knowledge, and abilities may be considered.
