EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Minimum Qualifications for HR Analyst:
BS/BA in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, Political Science, Business Administration or related field.
At least two years of progressively responsible experience performing professional and technical human resources duties. Prior experience in employee relations is desirable.
SELECTION PROCESS: The examination process will most consist of a training and experience evaluation, written test of analytical skills, and an in-person or virtual interview(s).
