Experience & Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

• 3 years of experience in Information Technology as a Systems Administrator is required.

• 3 years of experience in advanced monitoring, support, and troubleshooting of desktop, server, telephony, information security, and networking in enterprise computing environment is required.

• 3 years of experience in supporting executives required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or equivalent related technical education preferred.

Knowledge of:

• Current desktop operating systems (Windows 10) and server operating system (Windows Server 2012 +).

• Citrix computing environment.

• RightFax or other e-faxing solution.

• Cloud computing.

• Unified Enterprise Management.

• RSA and Juniper VPN.

• Exchange Online Administration.

• Administration and troubleshooting of telephony systems and equipment.

• Microsoft Office 365.
