In the Information Technology Analyst I position, you will work in the IT Client Systems Team to troubleshoot information technology systems. You will learn and assist with: addressing incoming work tickets and questions from fellow IT staff plus employees throughout the organization; the assessment and resolution of issues that arise; and the new annualized PC refresh process.

Education and Experience:
A high school diploma or certificate of high school equivalency and two years of relevant experience; or Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and two years of relevant experience; or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.
