Under the supervision of the Director, the Center coordinator will provide marketing/events, administrative, and Incubator support to the Center for Entrepreneurship.
Essential Duties
Administrative (30%)
Invoicing for SBI client engagements
Invoicing board members’ dues
Invoicing Incubator fees
Invoicing scholarship and other donations
Collections and accounts receivable
Financial reporting
General bookkeeping
Maintain office supplies
Monitor cash balances
Scholarship application tracking
Scholarship payment coordination
Volunteer database development and maintenance
Volunteer recruitment and class assignment
Board member and donor database and record keeping
Board meeting coordination
Purchase order processing
P-Card reconciliation
Support Center Director as needed
Marketing and Events (35%)
Constant Contact database maintenance
Website content maintenance
Newsletter content development
Social media content creation and blog content development
Brochure and miscellaneous marketing materials
Fast Pitch Contest Event coordination
Startup Contest Event coordination
Semester Investment Panel coordination
Orange County Celebrates Entrepreneurship Event coordination
Incubator (25%)
Database maintenance
Food coordination
Event management
Kickoff meetings with residents
Monitor applications
Monthly resident reviews

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Five (5) years’ of experience in one or more of the following areas: administration, marketing, event planning, and customer service
Ability to work in collaborative working environments
Strong writing skills
Public speaking skills
Proficient with social media tools, video editing, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, etc.

Multitasking
Decision-making
Self-starting ability
Timeliness and dependability
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree
