As a Senior Resource Specialist focusing on financial resources you will maintain, operate and update the Metropolitan Water District's financial and water rate models. In this role you will be able to demonstrate a your high level of proficiency modeling financial resources. You will also provide complex financial analysis on a wide variety of Metropolitan's financial resources in support of the Office of the Chief Financial Officer. 

 

Your ability to effectively organize, analyze, model, and clearly communicate financial information is crucial to success in this position.

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, majoring in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or other directly related field, and 8 years of progressively responsible experience in policy development, project management, resource negotiations, and development and implementation of solutions to complex problems related to financial resources or resource modeling.

 

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

License(s): Valid California Class C Driver’s License or equivalent (required at time of application) that allows you to drive during your employment.
