Our logistics company are looking for a customer service team member who is extremely organized, able to multi-task, handle incoming phone calls and emails, and have a great personality.
We are now looking for 5+ people to bring in new customers and deliver great customer service in response to growing client demand.
Customer service team member should have strong computer skills with excellent command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Responsibilities of the customer service team member include checking orders/ processing quotations/ responding to phone and email inquiries/ and other miscellaneous tasks.
