 The Los Angeles County Office of Education is seeking highly qualified, meticulous, and self-motivated individuals that are interested in the management, verification, and monitoring of business data.

  The Well Qualified Candidate Will Possess the Following 

    • Terminology, methods, and techniques of research, testing and assessment of automated business systems and databases
    • Training techniques
    • Processes and terminology used in the administration of accounting or financial functions
    • Production management in support of functional business activities
    • Applicable federal and state laws and regulations
    • Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications
    • Basic arithmetic

  Required Education and Experience 

  •  Education:  Graduation from high school or equivalent is required.

      Experience:  Three years of automated business systems experience processing, entering, and monitoring data and resolving related issues.

        Additional Requirements:  College coursework in accounting, business or personnel administration is desirable.  A valid California driver's license and the availability of private transportation or the ability to provide transportation between job sites may be required.

  •  Candidates who meet the minimum requirements above, will be invited to participate in an examination that may consist of a minimum qualification screening, written examination, computer performance examination, and structured interview. Candidates will need to meet or exceed the examination pass points to be placed on the eligibility list.
