The Bureau of Operational Support Services (BOSS)/Training Section is seeking a qualified individual to assume the position of Staff Development Specialist, Welfare PSS.
 


Essential Job Functions

Candidates must be able to plan, design, and develop training programs for staff. Candidates will need strong written and verbal communication skills. The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: planning, developing, delivery of training, and evaluating programs.

Requirements

Individuals interested in applying for this position must currently hold the payroll title of Staff Development Specialist, Welfare PSS.
 
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Organizational skills and the ability to establish priorities.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to follow directions with limited supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
