Full Time - Office Assistant Customer Service

We are an insurance agency doing business in life, medical, property and casualty insurance services. We are seeking 1 to 2 Office Assistant Customer Service to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Due to our clients are mainly Chinese speaking, we do require the applicant to speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese Chinese.

Responsibilities:
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese Chinese
Promotion Potentials:
  • Office Manager (with knowledge in all areas of our businesses, this position can be earned with certain years of experience in our firm and in the industry.)
  • Go into Sales with the same salary + commission (with no quote requirement, we provide the client, you do the selling!)
  • Administrative assistant (involved in management and development of organization)
