Receptionist (bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese) - City of Industry, CA-190022918

The Receptionist will greet customers, vendors and other visitors, and directs them to the appropriate area or department.  Will sort and deliver incoming mail, order office supplies, perform various typing and photocopying tasks, and schedule meetings.  May perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned/needed.

*must be bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese



Basic Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent

- One or more years of experience in administrative support activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Bilingual in Chinese

- Demonstrated customer service/relations skills

- Basic clerical and secretarial skills

- High volume telephone experience preferred
