ShipSaving is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to assist our customers and supports multiple individuals in performing advanced administrative work that requires highly specialized skills and knowledge and a higher degree of independent decision-making, confidentiality acumen, and personal initiative. The jobholder plays a major role in coordinating the primary functions or activities of an administrative department or unit, or of a special program.

GENERAL JOB DUTIES:
- Quick learner, be able to work in a fast pace work environment.
- Familiar with supporting online applications, operation systems, Internet technologies, and solve issues from the technical aspect.
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Collect and analyze valuable information from customers to improve better service.
- Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
- Maintain good feedback and rating of online accounts.
- Uphold company values and respect every customer, setting appropriate expectations.
- Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
- Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks, submit and reconcile expense reports and credit card statements.
- Provide general support to visitors. Catering for lunches, meetings.
- Monitor stocks of office supplies (paper clips, stationery, etc.) and report when there are shortages.
- Know how to use Quickbook and do payroll is preferred.


REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum one-year successful administrative assistant experience.
- Management skills and the ability to prioritize work and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent time management.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent computer skills. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
- Attention to detail and desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
- Associate’s Degree in the related field is preferred.

- 管理并保持更新公司文件

- 负责上门客户的客服,为公司聚餐和会议点餐

- 监督办公室的办公用品,不足时要提出补充


要求:
- 至少一年成功行政助理经验
- 优秀的工作管理能力,能同时处理多项任务
- 优秀的时间管理能力
- 掌握办公室管理系统和步骤
- 熟练使用办公室里的设备,比如打印机,和传真
- 本科学历为优先
