As part of the Library Sales team, this internship will provide corporate experience working with a busy sales team on a critical projects for the department. This position will focus on supporting US Sales Operations Managers with Salesforce data standardization, audits, business strategies, dashboards, and reporting analytics.
This internship is paid, part time (20-25 hours per week during normal office hours). Candidates MUST be current students able to work out of our office in our Thousand Oaks, CA (remote work is not permitted).
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities
The job functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
Planning and delivering Salesforce strategies across the company encouraging usage and adoption of new processes.
Customer Journey Mapping analyzing touch points with the organization and maximizing opportunities.
Working closely with all departments to ensure the Salesforce works effectively for all aspects of the company.
Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the Salesforce to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products.
Other projects as identified and related to Library Sales.
Qualifications & Education
Any combination equivalent to, but not limited to, the following:
Must be a current student pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree. The following, or related, graduate degree program is preferred: Applied Computer Sciences, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Information Technology, Marketing, Mathematics, Operations, or Organizational Effectiveness.
Ability to work quickly and accurately with strong attention to detail
Strong grammar and spelling skills
Familiar with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and SharePoint
Database and/or data entry experience is a plus
Customer Management Software experience is a plus
