First Commercial Bank (USA) is the wholly owned subsidiary ofFirst Commercial Bank, one of the premier commercial banks in Taiwan. We have immediate opening for thefollowing positions:

Mortgage Operations Officer (Chino Hills)

Responsible for the operations of the department, including application processing, underwriting, closing, funding,servicing and secondary market activities, to ensure efficient mortgage loan process. Min 5 years of bank lendingexperience.

Mortgage Loan Processor (Chino Hills)

Perform various duties related to the processing and servicing of mortgage loans. Min 2 years of mortgage loan-processing.

SBA Loan Officer (Chino Hills)Responsible for loan origination, underwriting, SBA processing, closing, and servicing in compliance with the Bank』slending policies and procedures and SBA Standard Operation Procedure (SOP), Min 3 years of SBA business lending(7a & 504) experience. Bilingual in English/Chinese.

Junior Internal Auditor (Arcadia)

Provides administrative and internal audit support to Internal Auditor. The position requires involvement with high-level contacts and exposure to sensitive information necessitating considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion andjudgment. Min 3 years of internal audit experiences in banking. Bilingual in English/Chinese.

Note Assistant(Alhambra)

Provides clerical support for all bank loans to accurately reflect loan activity on the Banks general ledger and ensurerequired documentation is maintained. Min 2 years of experience in loan boarding and funding of commercial &mortgage loans.

Business Development Officer (Alhambra/Arcadia, City of Industry, Irvine, Chino Hills)

Responsible for sourcing prospective clients, presenting the Bank's services and products, and expanding the Bank'sloan and deposit business base. Candidates must have 5 years prior business development experiences in commercialbanking.

New Account Representative (Industry, Irvine)

Responsible for processing new account transactions. Excellent customer service and cross-selling skills. Ability todevelop new depository business. Must have 2 years of bank New Account experience.

Operations Administrator (Alhambra)

Guide the formulation, implementation, and coordination of operations policies, procedures, and activities within theBank. Provide training in assisting implementation of operations policies and procedures. Min 7-10 years ofexperience in Banking Operations with 3-5 years Management experience preferred. Strong interpersonal skills andexcellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective communication with all levels ofmanagement and staff.
