Administrative and clerical support to accounting team, tasks listed below but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

·         Invoicing/billing to customers; updated A/R & A/P aging reports, issue credit/debit memo

·         Handle/maintaining A/R & A/P current; following up w/ outstanding payments

·         Enter invoices, bills, and payment checks by using QUICKBOOKS software system

·         MUST be proficient in Microsoft

Qualifications:

·         Knowledge in warehousing +

·         Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment

·         Strong organizational skills

·         Must be detail-oriented; self starter

·         Knowledge to type Chinese +

Bilingual: English/Mandarin Chinese (preferred), authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
