We are focused on providing supplies for Prosthetic Dentistry to markets around the globe.
1)Responsible for employee payroll, expense reimbursement, tax payment and resolving possible discrepancies
2)Utilizing financial software to process bills for payment of vendors and labors and recording the accounts received from customers
3)Processing appeals for disputed payments from our online collection platform, handling with emergencies during settlement
4)Completing monthly internal controls for contract labors and supporting internal/external audits
Manage company budget to maximize revenue and identify potential areas of cost savings
5)Maintaining cash flow by reviewing banking activity and reconciling monthly reports
6)Corresponding with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken
1)Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
2)3 years accounting related experience in U.S.
3)Fluent in both Chinese and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
4)Ability to prioritize work activities and work in the tight timetable required
5)Results-oriented and process-driven
6)Impeccable attention to detail
