For some marketing is a class, a task, or maybe just the job that pays the bills.... for others crafting a social post that goes viral or seeing a campaign exceed its goals is a rush. If the latter describes you, then working at an agency may be just what you’re looking for. It has been said,
“a year at a marketing agency is equivalent to many years at any corporation.”
So, if you’re ready for the fast-paced agency environment, we invite you to apply for the Campaign Creators Internship program where you will be the part of a team adept at marketing companies and products from scratch. Be rewarded knowing your social post, research spreadsheet, or blog was a part of a larger campaign and you had a significant part in its success.
As a Campaign Creators Intern you will…
• Work alongside and be mentored/trained by members of the Campaign Creators team in your respective field. • Be tasked to solve challenging problems in an effort to help accelerate your skill-sets. • Work with other interns to launch new campaigns, products and services.
While this is an unpaid position, what you get is even more valuable - serious on the job training that makes you highly desirable to employers when you graduate. Completion of the program is also a requirement for all entry-level positions at Campaign Creators.

Potential Deliverables & Responsibilities include 1. Completing Inbound Marketing Certification 2. Execute Content and Social Media Strategy - Manage and schedule social media via content calendar -Monitor social media channels and interact with CC audience -Write CC’s weekly “What We're Talking About” blog post -Complete monthly Social Media reports -Maintain the Inbound Marketing Creators Facebook Group 3. Event Marketing and Public Relations -Serve as event project manager for all CC events during internship period -Research and propose strategic PR opportunities for CC (ex. press releases, conferences, speaking opportunities, awards) 4. SEO/Link Building -Build CC website domain authority via backlinking and guest blogging outreach -Search engine optimize blogs based on pillars and keyword strategy 5. Copywriting -Write one original blog post per week -Write bi-weekly email newsletter -Copywriting as needed for emails, landing pages, social media, and website 6. Video Production -Video production and editing as needed for: vlog, social media, Ads, website -Provide videography and photography services at all events -Management and maintenance of video studio and equipment 7. Video Marketing -Write one vlog script per week -Manage, monitor and grow CC YouTube channel -Improve and expand CC video marketing strategy 8. Marketing Automation and Analytics -Execute the technical implementation of marketing campaigns -Quality assurance and testing on marketing automation campaigns -Update and/or create landing pages, emails, workflows, CTA's and lists -Assist with marketing reporting and analytics 9. Website Administration and Optimization -Suggest and execute website improvements -Track, compile, analyze, and report on website performance metrics monthly -Set up and/or maintain monitoring tools on website and landing pages -Perform user testing and analyses to determine websites' effectiveness/usability
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (candidates encouraged to supply writing samples). 2. Ability to work independently and as part of a group. 3. Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices. 4. Strong desire to learn along with professional drive. 5. Technologically savvy. 6. Ability to multi-task and take initiative 7. Hardworking and dedicated outlook. 8. Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly. 9. Experience with content creation a plus, even if not professionally.
