Action Sales is a fast growing and well established company with over 35 years in business. We
have multiple locations that searches for professionals to expand our business in multicultural
markets. Our portfolio of clients is growing at a great pace and as such we have several positions
available:
1. BILINGUAL INSIDE SALES
Monterey Park, City of Industry & Irvine
Job Descriptions:
- Greets and direct customers in a retail environment.
- Provide accurate product information, features, pricing and after-sales services.
- Handles customers’ issues, resolution and communicates escalated issues to the Sales
Manager.
- Exceeding or meeting personal sales targets while demonstrating a solid customer focus.
- Initiating and leveraging sales opportunities with the existing and prospective customers
while developing and maintaining key clients.
- Estimating customers on quotes quickly and accurately.
- Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Basic math skill and having sales experience, BSc in business or related field is a plus.
- Great communication skills and bilingual is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Track record of achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with other team members.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

2. WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATES
Monterey Park, City of Industry & Irvine
Job Descriptions:
- Prepare merchandise (palletizing, wrapping, building pallets)
- Pull and load merchandise for transfer/shipping.
- Stocking merchandise and inventory checking.
- Process receiving merchandise, return PO, enter PO, drop ship/direct ship PO to computer
system.
- Process PO receive from vendors and check merchandise to make sure the quantity, item
descriptions and serial numbers to match with packing list

- Check and report any inventory damage or shortage
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have basic computer skills.
- Solid communication skills and inventory skills.
- Familiarity with the use of hand trucks, pallet jacks and other necessary warehouse
equipment.
- Ability to skillfully and safely operate a forklift.
- Good communication skills and bilingual in Chinese is a plus.

3. MERCHANDISING ASSISTANT
(Monterey Park)
Job Descriptions:
- Maintain the cleanliness of the showroom and store display items.
- Ensure stock levels on the sales floor are maintained continually.
- Load, lift and bag/package customers purchase.
- Working together with Sales Team to provide excellent customer service.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Able to lift heavy items up to 50 lbs.
- Hard working, team player and strong customer focus.
- Must have basic computer skills.
- Great communication skills, bilingual is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail.

4. DELIVERY ASSISTANT
(Irvine)
Job Descriptions:
- Support the delivery driver in delivering a wide varieties of merchandise to customers.
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect before/during and after their deliveries, and report any
discrepancies, damages or error when identified.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds, with or without accommodation.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment.
