【Positions Available】

1. Entry-Level Accountant (Great mentorship and training provided!)

2. Experienced Accountant

【Key Responsibilities】

1. Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.

2. Assist clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial statement preparation.

3. Communicate professionally with clients in both English and Chinese to gather financial documents, explain tax regulations, and resolve inquiries.

4. Translate financial documents and explain complex U.S. tax concepts clearly to non-English speaking clients.

5. (For Experienced candidates) Manage complex tax profiles and provide strategic tax planning.

【What We Are Looking For】

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (Required).

2. Language Requirements (Strictly Required):

o Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

3. Experience:

o Entry-Level: 0–2 years of accounting/tax experience.

o Experienced: 3+ years of public accounting or tax preparation experience.

4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and standard tax preparation software. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
