Chinese & English Speaking Retail Sales 中文

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Customers : 中文Assisting Chinese (Mandarin & English speaking speakers in the process of varying purchases.

• Conduct & Assist background checks: For International Immigrants via the Department of Justice background check system

• Ensure Compliance : Conduct background checks accurately.

• Maintain Safety : Handle, display, and store all inventory according to safety protocols.

• Stock Inventory : Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked display cases.

• Provide Education : Teach customers about operation, maintenance, and storage.

Qualifications & Skills

• Age Requirement : Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Background Check : Must pass a mandatory criminal background screening and drug test.

• Experience : Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not necessary

• Willingness to learn and grow.

• Knowledge : Strong foundational knowledge and willingness to learn

• Communication : Excellent verbal skills to explain complex compliance rules clearly.

• Languages: Bilingual Spanish or Chinese is a plus
