Sales Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Sales Assistant to support our daily sales operations. This is a stable, office-based position with no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with order processing, quotations, and customer follow-ups
• Maintain customer records and provide customer support
• Handle purchasing, invoicing, logistics, and warehouse coordination
• Assist with import/export documentation (if applicable)
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales support or related roles preferred
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic numerical and data handling ability
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English required; strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills are preferred
