Job Title: Sales and Business Development Representative

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new customers, maintaining existing customer relationships, and establishing long-term and stable cooperative partnerships. You will also provide exceptional customer service, handle various business processing tasks, and represent the company at industry exhibitions and conferences. This position requires occasional out-of-state and international business travel.

Responsibilities:

Develop new customers and maintain existing customer relationships to expand the company's client base.
Provide prompt and high-quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Handle import customs declaration, procurement, order processing, invoicing, warehousing, logistics, and other related business tasks.
Attend industry exhibitions and conferences to represent the company and promote its products and services.
Travel domestically and internationally to visit customers and manufacturers, and to conduct business negotiations.

Skill Requirements:

Previous experience in product sales is essential.
Strong mathematical foundation with the ability to analyze markets and assess profitability.
Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Fluent in both Chinese and English, possessing excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills to effectively communicate with foreign manufacturers and handle business affairs.
