Qualifications: 

• 2+ years retail / customer service management experience 

• Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills

• Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity

Requirements: 

• Manage a profitable store by tracking sales and overseeing the day to day operations and risk management. Help the store with tasks, ideas and support store growth operationally

• Ability to work full time (the work regularly demands in excess of 40 hours per week) including variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/ or holidays

• Execute quality beverages and provide memorable experiences to all customers

• Effectively execute store operations to meet standards of operation (customer experience, policies, security, and safety protocols, opening and closing procedures, etc)

• Resolve customer complaints or related conflicts

• Ensure all operations comply with food and beverage safety regulations
• Review social (google and yelp reviews etc.) feedbacks, evaluate customers' needs and the customer's perception to anticipate and meet their needs
