POSITION: REGISTERED NURSE
RESPONSIBLE TO: Clinical Administrator, Hong Fook Center
COMMITMENT (HOURS): 40 hours per week or part time
STATUS: Non-Exempt (3 months orientation period)
APPLICATION DEADLINE: Open until filled

JOB SUMMARY: Under the general supervision of the Clinical Administrator, the RN is expected to provide health care assessments and support services for program participants. In addition to monitoring the participants’ health status, administering prescribed medications, and assisting in activities of daily living, the nurse provides health education and counseling to the participants and families, liaisons with the participants’ physicians and assists in obtaining medical services from other providers.  Home visits are required to complete the ongoing projects.

POSITION: LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSE
RESPONSIBLE TO: Clinical Administrator, Hong Fook Center
COMMITMENT (HOURS): 40 hours per week or part time
STATUS: Non-Exempt (3 months orientation period)

JOB SUMMARY: Under the general supervision of the Clinical Administrator, the LVN provides direct nursing services to participants in the Community Based Adult Service Center. In collaboration with the RN, they assess participant needs, plan appropriate nursing care, provide direct care, and maintain procedures and documentation.
