Basic Function: Performs highly complex analytical and sensitive work related to one or more areas within a human resources (HR) function, including recruitment and selection, compensation, human resources information systems, leave management, employee compliant resolution, and/or disability compliance in accordance with federal and state laws and guidelines; may supervise, assign, review, and participate in the work of staff responsible for a personnel services program.
