We have the perfect opportunity available in Human Resources for the position of Human Resources Analyst or Senior Human Resources Analyst. Examples of Duties
Modernize and enhance current Human Resources programs and functions
Assist the Human Resources Administrator in strengthening the City's Wellness Program, Intranet, and other areas of employee engagement
Coordination and daily oversight of recruitment and selection processes, talent acquisition and retention
Assist employees, public and private organizations, and other community groups with all areas of human resources functions
Prepare, administer, and monitor the benefits program
Plan and conduct comprehensive surveys, job evaluations, and classification specification development
Assist in the preparation and administration of the budget, and monitor appropriate budgeting and expenditure controls

Any combination of education and/or experience that has provided the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for successful job performance is qualifying. An example would be:
At least three years of responsible experience involving professional level duties in areas of Human Resources and Risk Management
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
Essential duties require the following physical skills and work environment:
Ability to work in a standard office environment; ability to travel to different sites and locations.

The Selection Process:
All applications will be reviewed and evaluated. Those candidates who are determined to be best qualified based upon the information presented on the application materials will be invited to continue in the selection process which may include a qualifying written or performance evaluation and will include an interview weighted 100%. The City reserves the right to limit the number of interviews conducted. Candidates will be notified via e-mail or telephone if they qualify to move to the next step in the selection process. The interview score will determine ranking on the eligibility list and will remain in effect for one year.
