THE POSITION
The Conservation Programs Analyst performs a variety of difficult and responsible professional duties in support of the development and administration of Distributed Generation, Demand Side Management, Research Development & Demonstration, Rate Assistance, and Sustainable Development programs to meet Department of Water and Power business goals and regulatory requirements.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal Conservation Programs Analyst will have strong critical thinking skills to assist in the analyzing and interpretation of data resulting from the research of conservation incentive programs. The ideal candidate will be a project manager that can initiate the development of new incentive programs, educate customers on program benefits and requirements, and implement these new programs. Work requires learning and applying technical conservation program knowledge and the application of well-developed interpersonal communication and customer relationship management skills.
