CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE TRAINEE Traffic Administration Services 1 position available $13.25 /Hour Part-time Contract Position
Through a contract and on behalf of the Los Angeles County Superior Court, Traffic Administration Services provides customer support assistance and problem resolution to individuals doing court mandated traffic school. As part of the division, the Customer Support Representative Trainee will gain hands-on experience in the workings of the program.
This is a Part-Time Contract Position, 20 hours per week (1:00 – 5:00 p.m.)
Essential Job Duties
Under direct supervision, perform assignments requiring the use of independent judgment and problem solving techniques. Employees are expected to acquire and demonstrate considerable knowledge of assigned program procedures.
Ability to multi-task, work independently, and demonstrate patience when dealing with, occasionally irate or frustrated, callers.
Possess strong customer support skills and experience handling a multi-line phone system.
Comfortable working with email and other software (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and database).
Possess excellent follow up and organization skills.
Regular attendance is an essential job function.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent and six (6) months of customer service experience.
Bilingual Spanish speaking.
Enrolled in Family Self Sufficiency (FSS) Program
Additional Information
Possession of a valid California Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record is required.
Successful candidates must complete a thorough background investigation, including a fingerprint search and physical evaluation prior to appointment.
