The Junior Accounting Associate will provide clerical support in the Business & Financial Services Department of the Auxiliary Services Corporation.
Filing of payment records
Scanning of various documents
Assets of Accounts Payable functions
Assigning Purchase Orders and processing related invoices for disbursement
Assigning travel authorization numbers
Providing support to Cashier functions (as a backup)
Other duties as assigned to support the Business and Financial Services Department
Prior familiarity in office setting
Customer service focused with excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency using commonly used computer operating systems
Familiarity with and ability to use various office equipment
EDUCATION: High School Diploma
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Prolonged sitting in front of computer. Walking, talking, hearing; pulling, bending, may carry 10-15 pounds of objects/material; not exposed to extreme noise level.
